peacelab yoga school
Welcome to PeaceLab Yoga Shala, a Yoga Alliance Registered School of Yoga that has grown out of the intention of Melanie McQuown and the desire of the PeaceLab community. The 2017/18 Program will begin in September 2017. Details are in the works, and will be made available soon. "Meet and Greet" Info Sessions are a casual way to check out the studio, receive an info packet about the program, ask any questions, and meet staff. You are also welcome to attend any class the day of the info sessions as our guest. If you are not able to attend one of the following date, please reach out to Melanie at email@example.com to set up a time that works.
Meet and Greet Dates:
Our program is designed to build a deep understanding of technical aspects of yoga and to help each student to cultivate and refine their own unique expression as they prepare to take the seat of the teacher.
The journey of the teacher is one of challenge and reward that will expand your understanding of yoga, provide the skills to successfully conduct classes in many settings, and will enhance your understanding of self. This program is also suitable for the student who wants to simply deepen their practice and knowledge of yoga.
The PeaceLab Yoga Shala 200 Hour Teacher Training Program meets or exceeds all of the requirements of the RYT Certification with Yoga Alliance. Upon completion, students may apply for their RYT 200 Certification.
